6am is actually a bad time to test. People are getting up for work, checking email, sending email, starting downloads for the day. The best time to check is 3pm in the afternoon, or 2am in the morning.

Cheap Dutch internet in a studenthome sharing with 4 people who are constantly downloading. Not bad I guess, considering it costs only €10 pp/pm
